Tom Brady reportedly made a decision regarding his future in the NFL.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback is reportedly considering a permanent retirement after the 2022 season,

according to a report from NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport.

Brady's final season in the NFL will be in 2022.

Brady, 45, "retired" earlier this year but only lasted about a month before returning to work.

He dealt with personal concerns and departed training camp earlier in the preseason for roughly ten days.

Brady and his longterm wife, Gisele Bundchen, are reportedly at odds over the quarterback's desire to continue playing football.

Following the 2022 season, Brady, who has won seven Super Bowls, will officially end his career.

The Buccaneers and Cowboys will square off in the 2022 season opener at 8:20 p.m. E.T.
