The Comfort  zone can be a lonely place.You stay in the same place, with the same people ,doing the same activities continually.

Find something that you need to work on. For example, if it is something as your sleep schedule, then determine the root cause.

If you are on your phone or computer right before bed, then you should replace that activity with something beneficial.

Feed yourself with positive thoughts. Think about how far you have come, even if it is one day. Take it slow and speed up if you need to.

Remind yourself, that your addiction does not define you. You got this. This is the road you are taking, do not stop.

Build a healthy morning routine. Be an active member in your circle, family and community

Who is changing for the better. Know your diet. Know yourself.

"Do not be anxious about anything.but in every situation be prayer and petition, with thanksgiving,Present your request to God.

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

When you are up against the wall and there is nowhere else to go but forward; that is the true meaning of leaving your comfort zone. Seek discomfort.

Have faith in your abilities , you are not meant to be hidden from the world. You have a purpose.
