Another Victory For The Good Guys, Says Gooch, Dissing Lowry.

Talor Gooch posted a video on Instagram with the caption "another one for the good guys" while celebrating on stage with teammates Dustin Johnson,

Patrick Reed, and Pat Perez after their team victory at the LIV Golf competition in Chicago.

Shane Lowry used the same phrase after winning the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth the previous week.

In an obvious dig at the LIV Golf players competing at Wentworth, Lowry stated his victory was "one for the good ones"

after edging fellow PGA and DP World Tour devotees Rory McIlroy and Jon Rahm down the line.

The 35-year-old Irishman won by two shots over Gooch at Wentworth, while Gooch himself ended three over par in a distant tie-35th last week, 16 shots

behind the eventual winner Cameron Smith. It is unlikely that this swipe will have much of an impact on the Irishman.

This does showcase LIV's team mentality, as Gooch demonstrated by claiming a fourth consecutive victory

for the Dustin Johnson-led 4 Aces GC on Sunday despite being well behind the leader.
